MLBE MLD10000H Open-Frame Diesel Generator — Operation Video
This H-series demonstration covers starting and control-panel operation. Electrical panels and output configurations vary by order; use the specifications for your selected model.
MLD6500H–MLD12500H open-frame diesel generators: model-specific electrical data
Source: MLBE’s published model or series specification. Values are reference catalogue figures; a model-specific load-test report is needed to verify delivery performance.
| Technical item | MLBE published information |
|---|---|
| Family | Five H-series generator model columns |
| Engine displacement | 418–667 cc across the listed engine configurations |
| Fuel tank | 22 L in the H-series comparison |

Technical interpretation for dealer enquiries
H and B series may quote similar rated outputs, but the alternator, engine displacement, control panel and mechanical mounting can differ. Do not apply a B-series technical sheet to an H-series order. Confirm the physical panel and breaker layout with the chosen 50 or 60 Hz configuration.
ISO 8528-1 covers generator rating classifications and ISO 8528-5:2025 provides generating-set performance criteria. ISO 8528-10 concerns noise measurement. These standards are given for technical context; no certification or test-result claim is made for this particular MLBE unit.
Compare other MLBE diesel generators; find the relevant user manual and generator maintenance guide. Send the intended load, market voltage, frequency, sockets, quantity and destination to MLBE technical sales.
MLD6500H–MLD12500H open-frame diesel generators
The MLBE H series covers five diesel generator models with a listed 22-litre fuel tank and engine displacements from 418 cc to 667 cc. Compare each model below, then confirm the electrical configuration corresponding to its published output figures. Use an H-series specification when selecting an H-series order.
Preparing an MLD H-series specification
An enquiry for MLD6500H, MLD7500H, MLD10000H, MLD11500H or MLD12500H should state the intended voltage, frequency, sockets and starting loads. Specify the complete model suffix on the order and on any spare-parts request.
Configuration checklist
- List the equipment that must run together and identify motor or compressor starting demand.
- Specify voltage, frequency, phase, sockets and the required starting system; separate standard equipment from options.
- Include transport accessories, battery where applicable and the required model-specific service-parts package in the written order.
Is tank capacity enough to calculate a dependable running time?
No. Running time depends on load, usable fuel, engine condition and test conditions. Use measured consumption or a stated-load running-time result for the exact supplied configuration.
Operation and service planning
Operate portable combustion generators outdoors, away from doors, windows and vents, with exhaust directed away from occupied areas. Never connect a generator to a building through a wall socket. A building connection requires a qualified electrician and suitable transfer equipment. Stop and cool the engine before refuelling.
For the applicable operating instructions or parts reference, send the complete model and production identification to MLBE technical support. The MLBE document centre helps identify the relevant resources. Confirm document revision, included accessories, packaging and agreed support terms for the supplied configuration.

MLD6500H–MLD12500H: purchase checks
Can I use a B-series specification for an H-series order?
Request a specification for the exact H-series model. Similar model numbers or output figures do not confirm identical panels, starting systems or supplied equipment.
What should the written quotation include?
Include the selected model, voltage, frequency, phase, rated output, sockets and starting system. Voltage, frequency, panel and alternator specifications are configuration-dependent and require written confirmation from MLBE.
For order preparation, see the generator supplier checklist. Browse the diesel generator range, or request model-specific documents through MLBE technical support.
